How do I book a transfer with Thor Transfer?

Which airports do you cover?
We provide fixed-price transfers to and from all major London-area airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend, as well as local and non-airport journeys across Essex.
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet ranges from a Saloon Car (up to 4 passengers) and Estate Car, through Executive Car and Luxury, to a People Carrier and Executive People Carrier (up to 6) and an 8 Seater Minibus (up to 8), so there’s a fixed-price option for solo travellers, families and larger groups.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes. Booking & Transport Limited operates under TfL Private Hire Operator Licence No. 11832, and every driver is TfL-licensed and DBS-checked.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Airport transfers: free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup, a 25% charge 6–12 hours before, and a 50% charge under 6 hours. Local and non-airport journeys: free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup, then a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. We may use discretion in exceptional circumstances such as emergencies.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We track your flight for free and automatically adjust your pickup time if it’s delayed, at no extra charge. Free waiting time is also included on airport return journeys.
Is meet-and-greet included?
Meet and Greet is included on Executive Car, Executive People Carrier, 8 Seater Minibus and Luxury vehicles and on every cruise pickup, and is a £10 optional extra on other vehicles. With it, your driver waits for you in the arrivals area with a name board.
How are your prices calculated?
Every fare is a fixed price agreed and confirmed before you travel — there’s no meter and no surge pricing, so the price you’re quoted is the price you pay, whatever the traffic.
