Our fixed prices are all-in: they already include the airport pick-up or drop-off charge, any road toll or crossing on your route, and, for Central London, the Congestion Charge. The charges below apply only where stated.
1. Airport charges
Fixed prices: the airport pick-up or drop-off charge is included. Nothing is added on top.
Journeys priced by distance: the airport charge is included in the price you are quoted before you book:
- Heathrow Airport: £12 pick-up, £8 drop-off
- Gatwick Airport: £12 pick-up, £10 drop-off
- Stansted Airport: £10
- Luton Airport: £10
- London City Airport: £13.50 pick-up, £8 drop-off
- Southend Airport: £8
2. Waiting time
Airport pickups
- 60 minutes free waiting from official flight landing time
- After that, waiting is charged per 15 minutes (see below)
Flight tracking is included for airport pickups.
Non-airport pickups
- 10 minutes free waiting
- After that, waiting is charged per 15 minutes (see below)
Waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time. Charges per 15 minutes of extra waiting:
- Saloon Car (Business Comfort): £7
- Estate Car: £7
- People Carrier: £10
- Executive Car: £10
- 8 Seater Minibus: £10
- Executive People Carrier: £15
- Luxury: £25
You can also book extra waiting time in advance when you book, at £2.50 per 5 minutes.
3. Extra stops
Additional stops requested during a journey may incur £5 – £15 per stop, depending on distance and time required.
4. Optional extras
- Meet & Greet: £10
- Baby seat or booster seat: £5 each
Optional extras are added when you book, and shown in your price before you pay.
5. Cleaning & damage fee
A minimum charge of £80 will apply if a vehicle requires professional cleaning due to:
- Spillage
- Excessive dirt
- Vomiting
- Damage caused by passengers
6. Incorrect booking details
Additional charges may apply if:
- Incorrect pickup address is provided
- Passenger count exceeds booking
- Luggage exceeds declared amount
- Journey details are changed after confirmation
7. Road tolls and the Congestion Charge
Fixed prices include any road toll or crossing on your route (for example the Dartford Crossing, Blackwall or Silvertown tunnels) and, for Central London, the Congestion Charge.
Journeys priced by distance include them in the price you are quoted before you book, when the route uses one: for example the Dartford Crossing (£3.50) and the London Congestion Charge (£18 a day, charged by TfL 07:00–18:00 on weekdays and 12:00–18:00 at weekends and on bank holidays). Nothing is added afterwards.
