The following additional charges may apply depending on the booking type and circumstances.
1. Airport Drop-Off Charges
Airport drop-off fees are set by airport authorities and are passed directly to the customer.
Current charges (February 2026):
- Heathrow Airport: £7
- Gatwick Airport: £6
- Stansted Airport: £10
- Luton Airport: £5
- London City Airport: £8
- Southend Airport: £6
Airport authorities may change these fees without notice.
2. Waiting Time Charges
Airport Pickups
- 60 minutes free waiting from official flight landing time
- After 60 minutes: £7 per 15 minutes
Flight tracking is included for airport pickups.
Non-Airport Pickups
- 10 minutes free waiting
- After 10 minutes: £7 per 15 minutes
Waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time.
3. Extra Stops
Additional stops requested during a journey may incur:
£5 – £15 per stop
(depending on distance and time required)
4. Cleaning & Damage Fee
A minimum charge of £80 will apply if a vehicle requires professional cleaning due to:
- Spillage
- Excessive dirt
- Vomiting
- Damage caused by passengers
5. Incorrect Booking Details
Additional charges may apply if:
- Incorrect pickup address is provided
- Passenger count exceeds booking
- Luggage exceeds declared amount
- Journey details are changed after confirmation
6. Toll Roads & Congestion Charges
Where applicable, the following may be added:
- Dart Charge
- London Congestion Charge
- Any private toll road fees
These charges are applied at cost.
